Personal training session packages are best for those wanting to learn the fundamentals of how to lift weights. Each hour long session will be focused on learning and perfecting the technique of 3 to 4 exercises. These packages are great for beginners who are looking to become more confident in their movement before jumping into a full-on training plan, or those who are following their own program and are just looking for feedback on their lifting technique.
